My story

I'm a husband and dad who also happens to be a lawyer.

That combination shapes everything about how I work.

Will Worsham

I started as a prosecutor. Then criminal defense. I was good at it — but I kept watching brilliant people burn out and build nothing that lasted. I had a growing family at home, and I couldn't stop thinking: there has to be a better way to do this.

I started building systems. Scalable processes, clear frameworks, efficient delivery. I stripped away what didn't work and doubled down on what did. That clarity — at home and at work — changed everything.

That path led me to estate planning. Not because it was trendy, but because it was the work that mattered most to families like mine. Parents needed protection for their kids. Spouses needed peace of mind. People needed someone who would tell them the truth and make the process simple.

Today, I combine estate planning, writing, and speaking into a single mission: help families think clearly, take responsibility, and build a legacy that outlasts them. My own family is the reason I care so much about yours.

Family

The reason behind the work.

Everything Will does — the estate planning, the writing, the speaking — comes back to one thing: family. His own family is the reason he understands the stakes, and the reason he takes this work seriously.

Faith & Family

Grounded in something bigger.

My faith isn't a tagline. It's the thing that tells me why any of this matters. It's why I believe people have inherent dignity, why legacy is more than money, and why I take seriously my responsibility as a husband, father, and advisor.

It shapes how I listen to clients. How I give advice. Why I care about families I've never met getting their act together before something goes wrong. It's not separate from the work — it is the work.

I don't expect everyone to share my faith. But I won't hide it. Groundedness and authenticity matter more to me than broad appeal.

What drives me

Conviction, not convenience.

Directness

I'll tell you what you need to hear, not what's comfortable. That's respect, not rudeness.

Simplicity

If I can't explain it in plain English, I don't understand it well enough to charge you for it.

Follow-through

Ideas are cheap. Execution is everything. I build systems that actually get implemented.
